ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES

SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 1400000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately ZAR 52.68 per security.


Following the listing of the 1400000 securities, there will be 38164715
SYGESG securities in issue.
