INTERIM REVIEWED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE HALF-YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023

Salient features

    -   Revenue increased by 80% to $25.2 million from $14.0 million in the prior corresponding
        period

    -   Operating loss before interest of $5.2 million compared to a profit of $0.7 million in the prior
        corresponding period

    -   Loss per share from continuing operations and discontinued operations increased by 190% to
        $1.45 cents per share, from $0.50 cents per share in the prior corresponding period

    -   Headline loss per share increased by 190% to $1.45 cents per share from $0.50 cents per
        share in the prior corresponding period

    -   Net asset value decreased by 4% to $83.8 million from $87.4 million in the June 2023 period

    -   No dividend was declared for the half-year ended 31 December 2023 (FY2023 H1: Nil)
