CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders are referred to the 'Changes to the Board and Board Committees' announcement released on
SENS earlier today which, inter alia, included a brief curriculum vitae of Ms Sinesipho Maninjwa.

Shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Maninjwa is currently the Operational Due Diligence Manager:
Stanlib Multi-Manager and INN8 Invest and not the Head of Operational Due Diligence and External Platforms
at Stanlib Multi Manager and INN8 Invest, as set out in the earlier announcement. Furthermore, Ms Maninjwa
no longer serves as an independent trustee on the Edge Growth Action Fund and an advisory board member
for the Group Risk Governance Committee of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, as set out
in the earlier announcement.
