DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF THE COMPANY'S ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122(3) of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), shareholders are advised that the company has received formal notification
that Investec Limited ("Investec") has decreased its holding in the company, such that the total interest in the
ordinary shares of the Group held by Investec now amounts to 2.4295% of the ordinary issued shares of the
company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the company has filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
The board of directors of the group accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement as it relates to the company and confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief,
