PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES’ CREDIT RATING AFFIRMED WITH STABLE OUTLOOK

Shareholders are advised that the rating agency, Global Credit Rating Company (“GCR”),
has, in its report issued on 30 August 2023, affirmed PSG Financial Services’ national scale
long-term issuer rating at A+(ZA) and the short-term issuer rating at A1(ZA), with a Stable
outlook.

GCR states, “The ratings affirmation and stable outlook reflect the continued solid financial
profile, including its net ungeared position, stable earnings, and a low-risk balance sheet,
which culminate in a sound liquidity position.”
