UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED NAME CHANGE OF THE
COMPANY

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are referred to the Company’s results of
annual general meeting (“AGM”) announcement which was released on the Stock Exchange
News Service (“SENS”) and website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) on
13 July 2023, advising Shareholders of the approval of the resolutions proposed at the AGM,
including special resolution number 5, as set out in the notice of AGM, which pertains to the
proposed name change of the Company.

Shareholders are advised that the Company is awaiting confirmation from the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission regarding the registration of special resolution number 5
(“Condition”). Once the Condition has been fulfilled, a further announcement will be published
by the Company on SENS and the website of the SEM, which will include the revised timetable
applicable to the name change.
