FINALISATION INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF THE DIVIDEND FOR THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD TO 31 DECEMBER 2022


Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 6 March 2023 relating to the cash dividend for the six-
month period to 31 December 2022 (the "Dividend") of 4.36eurocents per share.

Shareholders holding shares on the South African share register will receive the Dividend in South African Rand
converted from Euro at an exchange rate determined on Monday, 13 March 2023 of EUR 1.00 : ZAR 19.447.
Accordingly, the Dividend of 4.36eurocents per share will be equal to 84.78892 Rand cents per share.

The information provided in this paragraph is only of direct application to shareholders on the South African share
register. The gross local distribution amount is 84.78892 Rand cents per share for shareholders exempt from
paying South African dividends tax. The net local distribution amount is 67.83114 Rand cents per share for
shareholders liable to pay dividends tax at a rate of 20%.

No withholding tax is imposed on dividends distributed by Maltese companies (except for distributions of untaxed
income to Maltese resident persons, other than companies, which attracts a 15% withholding tax).

The salient dates and times announced on Monday, 6 March 2023 remain unchanged.
