CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT 2 MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021

Holders of Satrix Cap securities ("Investors") are referred to the Satrix Cap distribution finalisation announcement published on SENS on 14 January 2022 (“the Previous
Announcement”).

Investors are advised that the Previous Announcement contained an error in Note 2.

The corrected Note 2, which replaces the information set out in the Previous Announcement is set out below:

Note 2: Distributions by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are subject to income tax for South African tax residents and for non-residents it is subject to 20% SA
withholding tax. The Gross rate for non-residents is 2.06017 cents per unit and the net rate is 1.64814 cents per unit.

Other than the correction set out above all the information on the Previous Announcement remains unchanged.
