AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


Pepkor shareholders and noteholders are referred to Pepkor’s provisional reviewed results
for the year ended 30 September 2021, published on SENS on 19 November 2021
(“Reviewed Results”). Shareholders and noteholders are hereby advised that Pepkor’s
audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2021 (“Annual
Financial Statements”) are available on the Company’s website and that these Annual
Financial Statements contain no modifications to the Reviewed Results.

The Annual Financial Statements have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who
expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon. The audit opinion also includes
communication of key audit matters.

The Annual Financial Statements and the unmodified audit opinion thereon is available on
the Company’s website at: https://www.pepkor.co.za/investor-relations/latest-results/

A further announcement will be made once the integrated annual report is published and the
notice of the annual general meeting is distributed to shareholders.
