FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE ACQUISITION OF
IRONTREE INTERNET SERVICES
1. Introduction
The Company is pleased to announce that all outstanding
conditions precedent with respect to the acquisition of an
initial 70% of the shares in and claims against Iron Tree on the
terms set out in the SENS announcement published on 21 October
2021 (“Terms Announcement”) have now been fulfilled and the
Acquisition accordingly has become unconditional and will
proceed to implementation.
Unless the context indicates otherwise, capitalised (defined)
terms used in this announcement bear the same meanings given to
such terms in the Terms Announcement.
The effective date of the Acquisition will be 1 December 2021.
