CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Wojtek Wierzycki has been appointed as an executive director of Sygnia with immediate
effect.

Wojtek is an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect and worked in the United Kingdom public sector for
14 years, most notably as the Technical Design Authority for the London 2012 Olympic Delivery
Authority. In that role he was responsible for designing the network security architecture for the
London 2012 Olympic Games. Prior to that he worked as a Senior Technical Architect for Computer
Sciences Corporation, LogicaCMG and SERCO, as well as Transport for London, the Law Society and
National Air Traffic Services. Wojtek joined Sygnia in 2013 in the role of Chief Technology Officer.
