Further to the announcements released on SENS on Tuesday, 20 April 2021 and 10 May 2021, regarding
the listing on the Main Board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) of the CoreShares TotalWldStock securities in the
"Exchange Traded Funds" sector. With effect from commencement of business on Monday, 17 May 2021,
4,225,434 CoreShares TotalWldStock securities will be issued to applicants who made cash subscriptions
and to whom LAs were issued on Monday, 10 May 2021 at a price per security of approximately R9.87333
and at a conversion ratio of 0.10000 securities for every 1 LA issued.
Clarification notice: Rounding methodology
For the sake of clarity, the Issuer is unable to issue partial securities to participants in the book build and
accordingly applications by the CSD participants shall be rounded down to the nearest whole share or
security and the Rand balance shall be refunded.
