Since that date, when 75% of the Group’s GLA was operational, Governments reassessed the adopted restrictions, as set out in the below table. As of 4 May 2021, tenants occupying approximately 93% of the Group’s GLA are operational. Based on public announcements made by Governments, it is expected that the Group’s operational GLA will further increase to over 95% by the end of May 2021. Restaurants continue to operate on a delivery and take-away basis only. The authorities have announced that fitness and entertainment facilities and indoors dining will be allowed to operate from 29 May 2021. In the Czech Republic, hairdressers, barbershops and similar services reopened on 3 May 2021. Other non- essential stores and services will resume trading on 10 May 2021. Restaurants, casinos, wellness, and other entertainment will remain closed, with no targeted date for reopening communicated yet.
