RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


1. Introduction

   Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 28 January 2021 and the subsequent
   renewal of cautionary announcement dated 15 February 2021, relating to the unsolicited firm intention
   by Huge Group Limited (“Huge”) to make a general offer to acquire up to 100% of the entire issued
   share capital of Adapt IT (“Huge Offer”). Terms defined in the aforementioned announcements will be
   used herein unless otherwise stated.

2. Renewal of Cautionary

   The Company is in the process of finalising the pro forma financial effects of the Huge Offer on an Adapt
   IT shareholder and accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in
   the Company’s securities, until a further announcement in this regard is made.

3. Responsibility Statement
