NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN EXTERNAL AUDITOR

PSG and PSL (“the Companies”) hereby advise that, following the
conclusion of a tender process, their audit and risk committee has
recommended, and the boards of directors of the Companies have endorsed,
the proposed appointment of Deloitte & Touche as the external auditor of
the Companies, with Michael van Wyk as the designated audit partner,
with effect from the financial year ending 28 February 2022.

Ordinary shareholders will be requested to approve the above appointment
at the Companies’ 2021 annual general meetings, details of which will be
communicated to the Companies’ respective ordinary shareholders in due
course.

PricewaterhouseCoopers will continue to serve as the Companies’ external
auditor in respect of the current financial year ending 28 February 2021.

The change in external auditor was initiated by the Companies to comply
with the required mandatory audit firm rotation.
