Changes to the Clientele Limited Board Clientele Limited (Registration number 2007/023806/06) Share code: CLI ISIN: ZAE000117438 (“Clientele” or “the Group”) CHANGES TO THE CLIENTELE LIMITED BOARD In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Board: Mrs Brenda-Lee du Toit has resigned as an Executive Director from the Clientele board with effect from 1 March 2021. Mrs du Toit will remain an employee of Clientele and her expertise will be applied in other areas of the Group as Ms du Toit will be appointed a Director of Clientele Life Assurance Company Limited, a major subsidiary of Clientele, (“Clientele Life”) on 1 March 2021. The board would like to thank Mrs du Toit for her meaningful contribution to the Group during her tenure and look forward to her continued contribution to the Group. The board of directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Hugo Louw and Ms Tshepisho Tabane as executive directors to the Board with effect 1 March 2021. Ms Tabane joined the Group in January 2014 as Human Resources Executive. She was appointed a Director of Clientele Life in July 2016. Ms Tabane holds a BA, MBA (GIBS) and an M Phil – Change Management and Leadership. Mr Louw joined the Group in 2013 as Head of Operations. He was appointed a Director of Clientele Life in July 2016 and appointed Managing Director of Clientele Life on 1 July 2020. Mr Louw holds a BCom (Hons) Actuarial, is a qualified Actuary and a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
