ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGWD SECURITIES


SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 1500000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 39.91
per security.


Following the listing of the 1500000 securities, there will be 246518488 SYGWD
securities in issue.
