ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES – SYGP

SYGP has issued and will list an additional 600 000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 37.60 per security.


Following the listing of the 600 000 securities, there will be 12 633 251
SYGP securities in issue.
