Paragraph 3.4 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements requires a company to publish a trading statement as soon as its board is satisfied that there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the financial results for a period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period. After a review by Omnia’s board of the Group’s financial results for the six-months ended 30 September 2020, Omnia's board is satisfied that there is a reasonable degree of certainty that: - earnings per share are expected to increase by between 280% and 300%, from earnings per share of 39 cents for the six-months ended 30 September 2019, to earnings per share of between 146 cents and 154 cents for the six-months ended 30 September 2020; and - headline earnings per share are expected to increase by between 190% and 210%, from headline earnings per share of 49 cents for the six-months ended 30 September 2019, to headline earnings per share of between 143 cents and 153 cents for the six-months ended 30 September 2020. Omnia expects to release its financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2020 on or about 24 November 2020.
