ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of primarily retail, office and industrial assets
across all nine provinces, will publish its reviewed provisional condensed consolidated financial results for the year
ended 31 August 2020 (“the results”) on SENS on Wednesday, 18 November 2020.

Management will host a briefing of the results via webcast on Thursday, 19 November 2020, starting at 14:00 (South
African time).

Due to the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, the Company will not be hosting group meetings. A virtual question and
answer session will follow the webcast.
