NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the summarised audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2020
(“Summarised Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting of the
Company (“Notice of AGM”) was distributed to Shareholders today, 22 October 2020, and
contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on
22 September 2020.

The following reports will also be available on the Company’s website, at
https://holdings.trellidor.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/IAR-2020.pdf as from today,
22 October 2020:

1.   the Integrated Report, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements; and
2.   the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year
     ended 30 June 2020.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF TRELLIDOR

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Trellidor will be conducted entirely
by electronic communication on Friday, 20 November 2020 at 13h00, to transact the business
as set out in the Notice of AGM on pages 92 to 103 of the Integrated Report. The date on
which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to vote at
the annual general meeting is Friday, 13 November 2020, with the last day to trade being
Tuesday, 10 November 2020.
