REVIEWED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2020

1.   SALIENT FEATURES


     Revenue decreased by 37% to R0.9 million, from R1.4 million in the prior corresponding
     period. Costs decreased significantly, resulting in a decreased in losses.


     Headline loss per share ('HLPS') decreased by 35% to 22.90 cents per share, from 35.24
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.


     Loss per share ('LPS') decreased by 35% to 22.90 cents per share, from 35.24 cents per
     share in the prior corresponding period.
