NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report (“IAR”) for the year ended 30 June 2020 has been
distributed to shareholders today, 30 September 2020 and is available on the Company’s website:
www.italtile.com. The IAR contains no modifications to the preliminary reviewed condensed Group results for
the year ended 30 June 2020 which were published on SENS on Tuesday, 25 August 2020.

Notice is hereby given that the 31st AGM of shareholders of Italtile, which will be conducted entirely by
electronic communication, will be held at 10:30 on Friday, 13 November 2020 to consider and, if deemed fit,
to pass with or without modification, the business stated in the notice of the AGM, which is contained in the
IAR.

The board of directors of the Company has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section
59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, the record date for the purposes of determining
which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the virtual AGM is
Friday, 6 November 2020. Accordingly, the last day to trade Italtile shares in order to be recorded in the
securities register of the Company in order to be entitled to vote at the virtual AGM will be
Tuesday, 3 November 2020.
