Further to the announcement of 6 July 2020, shareholders are advised that a Shareholder Engagement
Session was held virtually on 20 August 2020, attended by, amongst others, the Group Chairman, Mcebisi
Jonas, and the Chairman of the Group Remuneration and Human Resources Committee, Khotso Mokhele,
regarding matters pertaining to the Group’s Remuneration Policy and the Implementation Report.
A total of four shareholder representatives attended the session and a productive discussion was held
with the Company on their concerns regarding the Remuneration Policy and the Implementation Report.
The engagement was beneficial for all parties and the Company welcomes the constructive feedback from
its shareholders.
