ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 24 July 2020, Spear invites those
shareholders who voted against the implementation of the remuneration policy at the annual
general meeting of the Company (“Dissenting Shareholders”), to engage with the Company
as follows:

1. a Microsoft Teams call has been arranged for Thursday, 6 August 2020 from 10h00 to
11h00 (SA time);

2. all Dissenting Shareholders to confirm their participation to the Company Secretary,
René Stober, by e-mail at rene@spearprop.co.za, by no later than 10h00 on Wednesday,
5 August 2020. Link in details for the Microsoft Teams call will then be provided; and

3. Dissenting Shareholders are further invited to forward their concerns/questions on the
implementation of the remuneration policy to the Company Secretary in writing by 10h00 on
Wednesday, 5 August 2020.
