RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements Shareholders are advised that Mrs Nadia
Winde has resigned as Group Company Secretary with effect from 31 July 2020 in order to take up her
new role as Group Chief Finance Officer designate of Insimbi Industrial Holdings Limited effective 1 August
2020.

Ms Matseliso Madhlophe (“Matseliso”) has been appointed as Group Company Secretary with effect from
1st August 2020.

Matseliso who holds a degree as a Governance Practitioner (CGISA) has 6 years’ experience in Corporate
Governance. Matseliso was the Group Assistant Company Secretary and has been with Insimbi for 15
months.

The Board is satisfied that Matseliso has the competence, experience, and skills to fulfil the role.
