Shareholders are referred to the declaration of a final cash dividend of 16.21000 cents per share (the “cash dividend”)
with an election to reinvest the dividend in return for Castleview shares (the “dividend reinvestment alternative”)
announced on SENS on Tuesday, 23 June 2020 for the year ended 29 February 2020 and the announcement of the
reinvestment price per new share (being R5.15000 per share) applicable to Castleview shareholders electing the share
alternative released on SENS on Tuesday, 30 June 2020.

All shareholders elected to receive the dividend reinvestment alternative, resulting in the issue of 1 076 107 new
Castleview shares and Castleview retaining R5 541 951.05 (based on the issue price of R5.15000 per new share after
accounting for the applicable dividend withholding tax in respect of non-resident shareholders) in new equity.

The Central Securities Depository Participants or broker custody accounts of dematerialised shareholders will be
credited on Wednesday, 15 July 2020 with their new Castleview shares.
