NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND PROXY FORM

Notice is given that an annual general meeting (AGM) of unitholders of the Fund will be held on:

Time: 17:00 (Sydney time) / 09:00 (Johannesburg time)
Date: Thursday, 13 August 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the AGM will be held virtually. For details of how unitholders can participate in the AGM online
please refer to the notice of AGM available at the link below.

The record date to be entitled to receive the notice of AGM will be Friday, 3 July 2020. Due to the public holiday on Monday, 10
August 2020, the last day to trade on the JSE in order to participate and vote at the AGM will be Wednesday, 5 August 2020. The
record date to participate in and vote at the AGM will be Tuesday, 11 August 2020 at 11.00 and the last day to lodge a proxy form
for the AGM for administrative purposes will be on Tuesday, 11 August 2020 at 09.00.

All times referred in this announcement are local times in South Africa, unless otherwise stated. Any variation of the above dates and
times will be released on SENS.
