CANCELLATION OF LISTING AND TRADING OF INTU ORDINARY SHARES
Further to the announcement made by intu properties plc (in administration) (“intu”) on 26
June 2020 confirming the appointment of administrators and the suspension of listing and
trading of intu ordinary shares, intu announces that, following application by intu, the Financial
Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of intu ordinary shares on the premium segment
of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of intu ordinary
shares on the main market for listed securities maintained by the London Stock Exchange, in
each case with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today, 2 July 2020.
In addition, intu has applied to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the
listing and trading of intu ordinary shares on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange.
