BOARD AND COMMITTEE CHANGES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the MMH Board
would like to announce the following:
Appointment of non-executive director
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paballo Joel Makosholo as a
non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2020. Mr Makosholo
is the Chief Executive Officer of Kagiso Tiso Holdings Proprietary Limited (“KTH”).
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and has an M.Com (in South African and
International Taxation). Mr Makosholo is a well-rounded professional with more than
fifteen years’ experience in auditing, investments and finance. He has served on the
boards of FirstRand Ltd and FirstRand Bank Ltd.
The Board and executive management look forward to welcoming Mr Makosholo.
Resignation of non-executive director
Ms Kgaugelo Samantha Legoabe-Kgomari has tendered her resignation as a non-executive
director of the Company and from the Committees in which she serves, with effect
from 30 June 2020. This is following her departure from KTH. Ms Legoabe-Kgomari
joined the Board in June 2019. The Board would like to thank Ms Legoabe-Kgomari for
the contribution she has made and wish her success in her future undertakings.
Risk, Capital and Compliance Committee
Dr Sharron Laverne McPherson is appointed as a member of the Committee with effect
from 1 July 2020.
