Investec Property Limited (IPL), the responsible entity of Investec Australia Property Fund, advises that Ms Lucy
Spenceley has been appointed as Company Secretary of IPL effective on and from 19 June 2020 and Mr Paul
Lam-Po-Tang has resigned as Company Secretary of IPL with effect on and from 19 June 2020 of IPL.
