VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: WEBINAR
On 29 May 2020 Huge released its reviewed provisional condensed consolidated
financial results for the year ended 29 February 2020.
It is customary for the Company to engage with shareholders and investors following
the release of its financial results for a particular financial period but this year the
impact of Covid-19 on travel and meetings has motivated the executive
management team to find new ways of engaging.
The Group’s executive management team, made up of the CEO, COO and CFO, will
host a webinar to engage with shareholders and other interested parties who are
interested in hearing from the Company.
An online webinar using the ZOOM platform has been scheduled for 10h00 on Friday,
26 June 2020. Interested persons who would like to participate in the webinar are
requested to register for the webinar by sending an email to
investors@hugegroup.com. An invitation with a link to the ZOOM platform will be sent
to qualifying participants. Qualifying participants are encouraged to download the
ZOOM platform in advance of the webinar. The invitation will outline the process to
be followed to download the ZOOM platform.
The executive management team will discuss the financial results of the Group for the
past financial year and the prospects of the Group for the forthcoming financial year.
The intention of the webinar is to inform participants about the Group, its operating
companies, and their investment cases.
