Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released by Peregrine on 10 June 2020, which
trading statement included disclosure with regard to the fact that the financial information contained in
the trading statement was in the process of being reviewed and reported on by Peregrine’s external
auditors, as required by Companies Act Regulation 111(9) read with Companies Act Regulation
111(10).

Peregrine’s external auditors, Deloitte & Touche, have concluded their review, and their unmodified
review conclusion report is available on Peregrine’s website at www.peregrine.co.za.
