MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS TO CONSULT ON KEY ELEMENTS OF THE COMAIR BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 02 June 2020 wherein
they were advised of the envisaged key elements of the Comair Business Rescue Plan, and
in respect of which they were invited to submit constructive queries, comments and
suggestions by email on or before 9 June 2020.
Shareholders are now advised that a consultation meeting will be held by electronic
participation at 13:00 on Thursday, 18 June 2020 during which the Business Rescue
Practitioners will present the envisaged key elements of the Comair Business Rescue Plan to
shareholders, and respond to the queries, comments and suggestions received.
Shareholders wishing to participate in this electronic consultation meeting should contact the
company secretary, Mr. Kim Gorringe, by email at kim.gorringe@comair.co.za by no later than
Wednesday 12:00 to acquire the details for participating at this meeting. The company
secretary is obliged to validate such requests and confirm the identity of the shareholder and
thereafter, if validated, provide further details on using the electronic facility.
Shareholders will be liable for their own network charges and it will not be for the expense of
the JSE or Comair. Comair cannot be held responsible in the case of loss of network
connectivity or network failure due to insufficient airtime/internet connectivity/power outages/
electronic participation channel malfunction which would prevent shareholders from
participating in the electronic consultation meeting.
