Shareholders are now advised that a consultation meeting will be held by electronic participation at 13:00 on Thursday, 18 June 2020 during which the Business Rescue Practitioners will present the envisaged key elements of the Comair Business Rescue Plan to shareholders, and respond to the queries, comments and suggestions received. Shareholders wishing to participate in this electronic consultation meeting should contact the company secretary, Mr. Kim Gorringe, by email at kim.gorringe@comair.co.za by no later than Wednesday 12:00 to acquire the details for participating at this meeting. The company secretary is obliged to validate such requests and confirm the identity of the shareholder and thereafter, if validated, provide further details on using the electronic facility.
