ERRATA

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service earlier today where it was reported that rain had rolled out 447 5G towers by the
end of April 2020 and expects to increase this roll-out to 1500 by December 2020 ("Initial
Announcement").

Shareholders are advised that the Initial Announcement contains an error in the date of the
expected roll-out. rain expects to increase the roll-out of its 5G towers to 1500 by December
2021 and not by December 2020 as reported in the Initial Announcement.

The remainder of the disclosure in the Initial Announcement is correct.
