PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED REPORT

Shareholders are advised that Equites’ integrated report, incorporating the audited group financial
statements for the year ended 29 February 2020, on which the Company’s auditors expressed an
unmodified audit opinion) has been published today, 29 May 2020 and is available on the Company’s
website, www.equites.co.za/financial-results.html. Electronic or printed copies of the integrated report are
available on request from info@equites.co.za.

A notice of annual general meeting of the Company will be posted separately on or about 19 June 2020.

Shareholders are hereby notified that due to the national lockdown, the Company’s annual compliance
report for the year ended 29 February 2020, required in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) Act 53 of 2003 (read with the B-BBEE Amendment Act 46 of 2013), 
is currently being verified and a further announcement in respect of the publication thereof will be
released within the extension period granted by the B-BBEE Commission.
