REVISED SALIENT DATES FOR THE FINAL CASH DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 24 March
2020 regarding the postponement of the payment of the final cash dividend for the year ended
31 December 2019 from Monday, 6 April 2020 to Monday, 7 September 2020. The
postponement of the dividend payment was due to the uncertainty of the impact that COVID-
19 will have on the operational activities of Mpact’s businesses and, particularly, on the
Company’s liquidity position. The board considered it prudent to take steps to protect the
Company’s liquidity position and therefore resolved to postpone the payment of the final
dividend.

In accordance with section 59(2)(a)(ii) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, which prohibits the
setting of a record date of more than 10 business days before a payment is scheduled to
occur, the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and the provisions of Strate, the electronic
settlement and custody system used by the JSE, shareholders are advised of the revised
dividend declaration timetable as set out below.

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 2

Shareholders are further advised that the dividend timetable as set out in the 2019 Integrated
Report published on the Company’s website and which was also included in the SENS
announcement published on 4 March 2020 is hereby retracted and replaced with the revised
dividend declaration timetable as contained in this announcement.
