ARC INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NON-INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
Shareholders are advised that Ms. Refiloe Nkadimeng (“Ms. Nkadimeng”) has been appointed as
non-independent non-executive director to ARC Investments board with effect from 9 March
2020.
Ms. Nkadimeng is currently Chief Financial Officer at Ubuntu-Botho Investments. She is an
experienced executive with over 16 years of corporate management experience. She is a qualified
chartered accountant with B Com degree and Higher Diploma in Accounting from the University
of Witwatersrand.
She has over 10 years of board experience spread across diverse industries including financial and
property management services, mining services and supplies, tourism, automotive and
engineering.
Her current appointments include amongst others, Combined Motor Holdings Limited where she
serves as board and audit committee member, and RH Bophelo where she serves as board and
audit committee member.
Ms. Nkadimeng expressed her thanks for the appointment and opportunity to serve on the board
and looks forward to contributing to seeing the Company excel.
