CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Hilton Gischen
(“Mr Gischen”), currently serving as a non-executive director on the Board, has with effect
from 29 January 2020, been appointed as an executive director of the Company to increase
the legal capacity of the management team.

Mr Gischen (66) was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1978. He
practised as a commercial attorney from 1979 to 2003 at Mallinick Ress Richman &
Closenberg attorneys, specialising in litigation and insolvency and ending his time at the firm
as Senior Partner. He has since held various commercial positions, focussing on litigation,
mergers and acquisitions and commercial legal matters pertaining to JSE listed entities.

The Board welcomes Mr Gischen as an executive director of the Company and looks forward
to his invaluable contribution.
