APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Colin Coleman as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 22
January 2020.

Colin has over 25 years of local and international finance and banking
experience in senior leadership roles. Most recently he served as Chief
Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs for sub-Saharan Africa and before that
as Head of its South African business and then Head of its Investment
Banking Division for Sub-Saharan Africa. Colin spent close on 20 years at
Goldman Sachs and was appointed a partner in 2010. Previously, Colin has
also served in executive roles for both Standard Bank and J.P. Morgan.

Colin was named one of the World Economic Forum’s "Global Leaders for
Tomorrow". He was also a recipient of Harvard Business School’s “Business
Statesman Award” on behalf of the Consultative Business Movement and was
named one of Euromoney's World Top Ten “Financing leaders for the 21st
Century."

Colin currently serves on the Steering Committee of the CEO Initiative and
is also Co-Chairman of the Youth Employment Service (YES). Colin is a
senior fellow and lecturer at the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at
Yale University.

The Board welcomes Colin to the Group and looks forward to his contribution
to the Board.
