RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board) wishes to advise that:

Mr Pieter Van Hoven has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director and lead
independent director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Derek Borer will be resigning as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 15
February 2020

The Board would like to thank Mr Van Hoven for the outstanding service he has provided to
the Company during his tenure as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board. The
Board would further like to thank Mr Borer for the outstanding service he has provided to the
Board during his tenure as Company Secretary.
