In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Derek Henry Borer has
resigned as an alternate director to Mr Martin Nicolas Louw, an executive director of the
Company, effective immediately. The Board thanks Mr Borer for the excellent service he has
provided in that position
