NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVALIABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2019
(“August 2019 AFS”) have been distributed to shareholders today and is available on the Company’s website at:
https://www.ciglimited.co.za/annual-results/. The August 2019 AFS contains no changes from the reviewed
condensed consolidated annual group results for the year ended 31 August 2019 which were released on SENS on 2
December 2019 and on which the auditors expressed an unmodified review conclusion with a material uncertainty
relating to going concern.

As previously advised, the Company has changed its year end from 31 August to 31 December and will accordingly
publish summarised annual financial statements for the four months ending 31 December 2019 within three months
of 31 December 2019 and distribute the audited annual financial statement for the four months ending 31 December
2019 within four months of 31 December 2019. An annual report containing the audited annual financial statements
for the twelve months year ended 31 August 2019 and the four months year ended 31 December 2019 will be
distributed to shareholders by no later than 29 February 2020, which will include the notice of annual general
meeting.
