Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) held on Wednesday 4
December 2019, both resolutions set out in the notice and proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
Details of the voting results at the EGM are as follows:
Total issued number of ordinary shares 1,267,450,245
Shares held by the Company (with no voting rights) (96,276,146)
Total issued number of ordinary shares (with voting rights) 1,171,174,099
