Further cautionary announcement

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement relating to the proposed disposal
of its Remedica business in Cyprus released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News
of the JSE and the subsequent renewals thereof, the latest being on 22 October 2019.

Negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully concluded may have a material effect
on the price of the Company’s shares. Shareholders are therefore advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s shares until a further announcement is
made.
