PG BISON REFERRAL

KAP has been involved in an ongoing investigation, which was initiated by the Competition
Commission of South Africa ("Commission") on 13 March 2016, into alleged historical
collusion between PG Bison (Pty) Ltd (“PG Bison”), a subsidiary of KAP, and Sonae Auraco
(Pty) Ltd.

PG Bison has cooperated with the Commission since the initiation of this complaint. Following
extensive legal advice, PG Bison filed an application in the High Court on 7 November 2019
to review certain decisions taken by the Commission in relation to the matter.

KAP was informed on 12 November 2019 that the Commission has now referred a complaint
to the Competition Tribunal against PG Bison in the matter.

The outcome of both the review application and the referral are uncertain at this stage and
accordingly KAP will update shareholders of developments in this matter in due course.
