Management changes at Huge Connect

Shareholders are advised that Andre Lessing, the Managing Director of
Huge Connect Proprietary Limited (Huge Connect), a wholly owned
subsidiary company of Huge, has asked the Company and Huge
Connect to support a personal decision to vacate his office of
Managing Director of Huge Connect for medical reasons.

The Company supports Andre’s request and has accepted this decision.
The Company thanks Andre for his many years of service in his capacity
as Managing Director. The Company has asked Andre to accept an
alternative position as an Executive Director of Huge Connect, which
Andre has accepted.

The Company has decided that Andy Openshaw, Chief Operating
Officer of Huge Group, will assume the role of Acting Managing Director
of Huge Connect until such time as a permanent appointment can be
made. The search for a candidate has commenced and shareholders
will be advised when further progress is made in this regard.

The effective date of the aforementioned changes is 1 November 2019.

Andy’s interim role has the full support of Keven Sinclair, the Commercial
Director of Huge Connect, Elsabe van Heerden, the Financial Director,
Kurt Schmulian, the Operations Director and the other senior executives
of Huge Connect.
