LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES

SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 2 000 000 securities with effect from the
commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately R33.05 per security.

Following the listing of the 2 000 000 securities, there will be 264 976 310 SYGWD securities in issue.
