Trading statement

In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Cartrack is
publishing a trading statement for the six months ended 31 August 2019 (“HY20”) and expects the
HY20 results to fall within the following range:

The Group achieved robust growth of over 20% in both the subscriber base and subscription revenue.

The financial information contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed nor reported on
by the Group’s external auditors.

The Company expects to release its interim results for HY20 on 23 October 2019.
