NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders and bondholders ("security holders") are referred to the preliminary audited summarised consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 ("preliminary audited results") which were published on SENS on
16 August 2019 and are advised that the annual integrated report containing the audited financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2019 ("AFS") has been published and is available on Resilient's website: https://cmsignition.co.za/
download/files_1208/Integratedreport30June2019.pdf. The AFS, on which the auditors expressed an unmodified audited
opinion, contain no changes from the preliminary audited results published on SENS.
The full integrated report will be dispatched to shareholders on or about Tuesday, 8 October 2019 and a further
announcement in this respect will be made in due course. The integrated report contains a notice of annual general
meeting for Resilient, which will be held at the Company's registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia
Boulevard, Rivonia on Wednesday, 6 November 2019 at 14h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
29 October 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 1 November 2019.
Security holders are hereby notified that the Company's broad-based black economic empowerment annual compliance
report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013 has been submitted to the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Commission and is available on the Company’s website, https://cmsignition.co.za/download/files
_1208/BBBEE-1Compliancereport1.pdf.
